REAL REASONS WHY PEOPLE PUT IN
NEW WINDOWS OR REPLACEMENT WINDOWS:

1.  Losing heat out the windows.  Heat travels through solid objects.  Money out the window!

2.  Gaps around windows.  Window & sash don’t fit properly.  1/16” gap around 1 window = the size of 1 brick (like removing 1 brick from your house or having a hole in your siding that size!).  If you have 12 windows, imagine having 12 bricks missing from your house, letting air in.  Or a hole in your siding about 18” x 18”. WOW!

11.  Lower U-values. This measures how much heat escapes thru the product – the lower the U-value the better the window.

12.  Low-E – Silver coating that reflects heat like a mirror to reduce heating & cooling bills.
